Refund policy

Trifecta Watches accepts 15-day returns and exchanges on all items in store or online. For online sales, the return period begins the day the item is delivered to the shipping address on the order. 

Refunds are issued once the item is returned and inspected. Any item that does not come back in the same quality as it left, including original tags and box, will either be denied a refund or charged a restocking fee of up to 20% the purchase price of the item.

Note: Items that were special ordered and/or modified (watch mods, bracelet sizing, bracelets/straps different than the original, etc.), are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
