This is such a great company. Prices are great and customer service is the best in the business. I had a problem with a watch I ordered (no fault on them) and they handled it perfectly. I sent the watch back and they sent me a replacement immediately. Unfortunately the same problem persisted (again not their fault but Hamiltons) and they refunded me after I sent it back and gave me a discount for my next watch. These guys were always so nice and professional every step of the way. I would 100% do business with them again and my next watch will be from them!

I was interested in ordering a Tissot PRX that was on back order and sent in a question at 11:30 at night and was surprised to get a response within an hour at that time. I believe I was talking to someone named Jake. I also was updated on the status of my order throughout. Lastly when my PRX arrived there was a hand written note on my order paper.
